The BodyRestore Foundation Program is a 5 video series of essential exercises to allow you to restore the strength and tone of pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, aid the the restoration of abdominal muscle separation and achieve whole body postural control and strength following pregnancy and childbirth. Commence this program 8 weeks after the birth of your baby and slowly progress through the series. Designed and instructed by physiotherapist, Alison Blake to provide appropriate step by step restoration. Gain access to all 5 videos to work through in the comfort of your home. Can be used as an adjunct to BodyBall in-studio classes or your preferred exercise regime. Master the Foundation and then work through dependent on muscle group choices.
